Global Open Wheel

Terms

Global Open Wheel is a volunteer-run iRacing league. These are the terms for using this website and for taking part in the league.

This site

The site is the league's public face. What it shows about seasons, rounds, results and standings is provided as it is and may be corrected after the fact: a penalty can land days after a race and change the table. The record is what the league publishes in Discord, not what a page showed at some earlier moment.

Racing

Racing in the league is governed by the Sporting Regulations, which are published in the Discord server and accepted at registration. Where these terms and the regulations say different things about the racing, the regulations apply. The regulations also set the standards of conduct for the Discord server and for the track.

Taking part needs an iRacing membership, which is between you and iRacing.

Broadcasts

The league broadcasts its races and keeps the recordings. If you race, your name, car number, results and on-track action will appear in them. Registering for a season is agreeing to that. Our privacy page says what else the league holds and what is published.

No warranty

The site, the Discord bot and the broadcasts are provided as they are, by volunteers, without any warranty. We try to keep them accurate and running, and sometimes they will not be.
